Krista Papac, ICANN’s first-ever Complaints Officer, is hosting a round-table discussion during the ICANN60 in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Krista will discuss the objectives of the Office, provide an overview of the type of complaints that should be directed to her, and share her observations thus far.
