for patent claims necessary to implement the referenced Internet-Drafts,
on a reasonable and non-discriminatory basis, for standard-conformant
implementations of the specifications. The patent holder reserves the
right to suspend this commitment, on a reciprocal basis, as to any party
that asserts patent claims against implementations of these
specifications (defensive suspension). This update supersedes the
licensing terms stated in the original disclosure, IPR ID #7559.
